I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast nestled in the tranquil countryside. The location, situated on a small farm in the meadows, offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room was not only comfortable but also boasted modern and high-end amenities, such as softly-closing loo seats. The hostess was friendly and provided a delightful breakfast, complete with homemade marmalades. Additionally, the onsite parking provided convenience and ensured the safety of my vehicle.

Just a small note: it would have been nice to have some ambient music in the breakfast room to break the silence.

I recently stayed at Le Vallon in Paray and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was bright, clean, and beautifully restored. Despite a recent cold snap, the room was nice and warm. They gave great advice on local restaurants and the breakfast was excellent, with homemade jam, yogurt, and croissant. The attention to detail was impressive, as some places only offer baguette and jam. I also appreciated the easy navigation to find the hotel and the friendly conversation with the owner, even though they didn't speak English. The internet was fast and reliable, and I loved that they provided a kettle and cups for making my own tea or coffee. I highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations.
